I was here to have a head gasket repair. There was no communication, I was told my vehicle would be done in 1-2 days it took 3 wks. No courtesy car was offered until I complained to the manager. I have never ever had service like this. They wanted me also to have a new timing chain for $800. I was able to bring a new one to them for $200. The vehicle is a Jeep Liberty sport 2012 , Kelly blue book is only $5300 top price. I feel I was totally taken advantage of. I had to tell them to only send 1 head in( the one that was mis firing) they wanted both. They had no parts once the head did come back. Even know it was in there for a head gasket. Non of this was acceptable. I will never purchase another jeep or go there for service. When I did call for a manager in service that took 2 calls and 3 days for a Response. More

I was looking at 2 used Jeeps when I came into Hudson Luther, Josh helped us and was very helpful with the process, but by the end of the night I still could not choose between the Compass and the Cherok Luther, Josh helped us and was very helpful with the process, but by the end of the night I still could not choose between the Compass and the Cherokee. Dishonest untrustworthy incompetent deceiving unreliable dissatisfied disappointed mislead disingenuous. Unbelievably disappointed with most recent experience with Hudson Luther. Have purchased and leased 9 dissatisfied disappointed mislead disingenuous. Unbelievably disappointed with most recent experience with Hudson Luther. Have purchased and leased 9 vehicles from Luther Brookdale and Hudson over the last 8 years. They have typically been great to work with until recently. Was talked into a new lease when my previous one was coming due instead of purchasing my lease out. After hours of Steve and Bridget giving me the runaround we eventually came to a deal on a new lease. Was told they had to get the truck from a nearby dealership and could get it that day or the next. After no communication for 2 days I called both Steve and Bridget resulting in both of them hanging up on me initially without saying anything. After texting Steve on the 3rd day he responded with we can't get the vehicle from the other dealership and don't know when it will be available. Come to find out they didn't have the vehicle that I signed paperwork on and was promised secured from the other dealership. After numerous texts, emails, and calls their sales manager called me back and started to make excuses about hail damage on my trade in but quickly reverted after realizing he mixed me up with another customer. He proceeded to tell me they always make deals with customers before securing a vehicle from a nearby dealership they frequently trade with. I ended up calling the dealership they were supposed to get the vehicle from and working directly with them. The other dealership ended up being the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was straight to the point, honest, professional, and pleasant to work with. Ended up getting my vehicle after a terrible experience with Luther but thank God that there are still honest, top notch service, and accommodating car dealers still out there. The icing on the cake is that the sales Manger from Luther Hudson told me that my down payment I put down to secure the deal could be refunded to me but I need to drive into their dealership so they can run my card and they can't do the refund over the phone. Please highly consider another nearby dealership if you thought about going to Luther Hudson. More
