Most times we have to experience failure before we receive success. My knee jerk reaction is to point out the errors made by the dealership and rate their performance low. He was transparent saying that the service team made a mistake. and that he wanted to help me with smoothing over the matter of my dissatisfaction with a issue The general manager of the facility assured me that he would do all possible to help solve the issue honesty and transparency. I think this is the best way to resolve matters I think they went out of their way to make things good. I appreciate the service and the thoughtfulness More

This is the worst car lot in alb. Stay away from this place unless you want to buy a car that has tons of problems! We bought a 23 jeep grand cheroke 4xe not even a month later the check engine light came on. I called to speak to Mike marsh because he is who we dealt with when we bought the car and I needed to get information on them getting me a loaner or rental. He said he would get with Greg to give us a call to let us know when we can bring the vehicle in and get us a loaner. It took us several calls and 4 days to even get a date to bring it in to see what's going on with it. I was called back that same day told to pick up my car with 4 pages of stuff that could be wrong with it and check engine light still on. Greg the service manager told us they would not be able to get us a rental and he was told jeep would have to😂. Now let's make that make sense. I bought the car from unreliable not jeep. Jeep even told Ken the "owner" that it was his responsibility to get us a loaner or rental and ken did not like that. Jeep let us know they would possibly be able to get us one once they start the work but they are 4 weeks out and will try hard to get it in as soon as they can as they do have the vehicle right now. So in the mean time unreliable and ken the owner do not care about the situation they don't care that I'm out a vehicle and have to figure out how to get to and from work and dr apps. I have called ken numerous times and left him voicemails everytime I call they tell me he's in a meeting. Ken does not care about his customers only the money!. The cars are way overpriced and definitely not reliable! He could be trying to make up the money he lost in the latest lawsuit! Stay away from this place or you will regrett it! More

Worthless as the day I bought the truck here. No responsibility for mistakes and failures. Dishonest and incompetent sales staff. I hate it there and would never step foot there at Reliable again. When I bought the truck and a year later sold it back to them I lost $10,000 dollars down because they sell bad vehicles and don’t care to let you no or warn you of resale values and upscale worthless ad ons. More
