Ken does a great job informing his customers of specials, offerings and information about cars (pros, cons, good deals, etc.) and following up with purchases and service. The Sales Consultant (Ken) went beyond our (wife and I) expectations on this sale because of the amount of time and detail about the vehicle. We were not pushed out the door with keys in hand and thank yo expectations on this sale because of the amount of time and detail about the vehicle. Ken has also continued to follow-up on our needs(Command features set-ups) since the purchase and to come in any time to complete these items.
