I got out of a financed vehicle into a lease. I had came into the dealership a few days prior to completing the lease. I had a lengthy discussion with Kenny in comparing the two. What I loved most about Kenny he wasn't an aggressive salesperson. He gave me space with different options. I hope he's still there when my lease ends, he's an awesome guy. More

Kenney was a very solid salesman. The rest of the dealership itself has some work to do. One of their finance people shuffled papers around for 45 minutes in front of us so that she d The rest of the dealership itself has some work to do. One of their finance people shuffled papers around for 45 minutes in front of us so that she didn't have to do the 15 minutes of work for a cash buyer between her "appointments." What should have been a 30 minute process turned into almost two hours. When we got the car home, there was an alert on the seatbelt, the headlights, and the windshield washer wouldn't work. A conversation with the manager led to him telling me cars are sold "as is." Kenney set up an appointment for my car to be serviced under warranty at the RDarrow Nissan dealership. They were all helpful. Funny thing: according to their sister dealership, Russ Darrow Jeep/Dodge should have fixed the seatbelt and windshield washer issues since they are required safety features. Moral of the story: if you're buying from Russ Darrow Jeep/Dodge, deal with Kenney, check EVERY function on your car, and don't anticipate management helping you with any problems. More
