Eric Zhen was excellent to work with as a first time buyer. He was extremely thorough and detailed in all his explanations and made the process seamless from beginning to end. Appreciate that he was alw buyer. He was extremely thorough and detailed in all his explanations and made the process seamless from beginning to end. Appreciate that he was always easy to reach when I had questions. On the day we brought the car home, all final costs were exactly as told earlier, no surprises (a huge thank you to Kenny for helping us with the financing). Eric never once rushed us and took the time to explain every feature of our Honda CR-V and got us fully acclimated prior to us driving off the lot. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. More
