William Jackson was friendly but seemed fairly unmotivated to sell me a car. The keys to the car I had come to look at went missing. We went home with no resolve. The dealership was nice, everyone was friendly. The manager greeted us and made us feel welcome. The waiting area was comfortable, and there was a nice coffee / break area.
