Brett McKinley was extremely respectful as Internet Manager to help order my custom 2021 Audi Q8 when Walters in Ontario refused to take my order due to unavailable pricing from Audi one week earlier. My car arrived 30+ days early with no warning and my car was already on the floor after 3 days advertised for sale to public. The dealership did not cash my $1,500 good faith deposit given on my credit card and no one bothered to tell me. When I asked how my car was ordered with no deposit, Brett told me it could be sold to anyone after I had planned and waited 4 months if I didn't buy my custom ordered car with a $1,500 deposit that Walters did not cash. I believe, if I was unavailable or out of town for a week or so, it could of been sold because I was not kept informed it was going to arrive 30 days early. This put pressure on me to rush to prep for required acquisition details. At time of my order, I believed my incentive to buy thru Costco membership would be better. Even thou I asked twice for a copy of the Costco price sheet, Brett did not give it to me as promised to allow me to discuss the amount with Costco to see my benefit. Brett did show me the price sheet and invoice price that I could not retain the numbers from memory due to stress from covid mask, eye site and multiple changed negotiations that did not match agreed amounts from our phone conversation prior to my arrival. I surely never saw dollar amounts near the Costco allowance for the 2020 Audi Q8 that I thought might be possible. Abel Guala was great during my first introduction and tried very hard and was eager to learn and help for the few hours it took to close the purchase. The only problem was the Dealership did not give him business cards to give to me because he was a new salesperson. Brett forgot to include my only option on purchase was a $175 cargo mat. I still need to buy the cargo mat, maybe with Costco's 50% discount if allowed. After the purchase I felt worn out wearing China virus mask and the need to keep negotiating price and loan terms that did not match incentives offered on internet. All in all, I extremely love the new 2021 Audi Q8. It is the best SUV I've ever bought. My personal experience includes all new SUV's, X6 BMW, X5 BMW, ML Mercedes, GLK Mercedes, Tahoe 4 door and Tahoe 2 door. Nothing compares to the new Audi Q8 in comfort, function, quiet ride, style, luxury and power in a V-6 with standard options at no cost above base price. I compliment Brett to be the only salesperson that would take my order on a new 2021 Audi Q8 while others would not without Audi pricing. Also, Abel really goes out of his way to try to please. The dealership really needs to give out business cards. I still have no business cards from Walters Riverside Audi and I don't understand why they don't hand them out like candy. A 10 cent business card can make or lose you thousands of dollars. I'm mostly an all cash buyer that can't pass up great low interest loans from Dealerships. Thank You More
