Both the decision to purchase the A6 3.0T and to do business with Walter's Audi were relatively easy decisions. No other car offered the combination of speed, convenience, and style, and yet the two dealerships located closer to my home almost caused me to purchase a Lexus GS350 instead. That changed when I reached out to Walter's Audi and connected with Brett McKinley. Brett was straightforward, responsive, helpful, and the decision as well as purchase process went very smooth... including the need to complete a dealer transfer to get the car I wanted. The car arrived at Walter's almost exactly to the day I was told it would be there. As I live in Los Angeles, Brett made arrangements to have the car delivered to me by young man named Eric, who proceeded to give us a fantastic tutorial on the car! This is my 3rd car I have purchased from Walter's, and all three experiences, from price to customer service have been excellent. I am writing this letter to recognize Brett Mckinley, for his amazing customer service and going above and beyond his duties as a salesman at Audi. My wife and I recently celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise her with a new Audi A3 cabriolet. Years ago my wife had an A4 cabriolet and always spoke about how much she missed her Audi. Well with a tight time line I began my research and emailed back and forth with Brett. Brett did a great job by responding quickly and not pressuring me into the lease. The time finally came for me to go into the dealer without being discovered, again with a tight timeline Brett did his very best to give me the best deal I could get and we came up with a number that worked for both of us. The entire staff at Walters quickly prepared the documents and got me out the door before my wife arrived home. Now here is where Brett went above and beyond! I asked Brett to deliver the car while we were at our local cross fit gym at a certain time frame. Not only did Brett willingly deliver the car on time but he went out of his way to track down a beautiful bow and placed it on the car for a really special surprise. My wife was amazed beyond words and felt very special that Walters Audi, more specific Brett did so much to make our celebration of marriage so special. I think Brett should be recognized for his outstanding work and I want you guys to know that this is what makes your brand stand above others, employees that are so willing to help and go above their required duties to make our vehicle purchasing/leasing experience so special. I was fearful that I'd have a less than positive experience. Nothing could have been further from reality. Sales representative Brett McKinley and Chuck Cerda were thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles features and options. The sales process was handled smoothly with no issues settling on a trade in value for my former car nor in obtaining the significant discount from the buyers program. I am now the proud owner of a new SQ5. I'd return to Walters for my next purchase without question. More
