Stephen Garletta was very helpful and professional, he answered all of our questions and went above and beyond our expectations. However we were not very happy with the finance department Bryan Villesnor answered all of our questions and went above and beyond our expectations. However we were not very happy with the finance department Bryan Villesnor, he added things to our contract without our knowledge and he never showed us our contract nor did he take the time to explain it, that night when we were going over it we found a $3000 error in the dealerships favor and the contract had to be rewritten. He claimed he didn’t know how that got there, so all we can think is the sales manager and he worked it out to slip it in and we are an older couple so perhaps that played into it. The gave us a $3000 discount on the car, but somehow they slipped it back into the contract. This had nothing to do with Stephen Garlatta, he was nice enough to bring us the garage door opener we had forgotten in our trade in and answered all of our tech questions. . More
