Purchased a Pathfinder and had issues within two weeks with the apple-play as well as two other radio problems. Could not get any after sales help from management. Sales rep was unable to help and then I with the apple-play as well as two other radio problems. Could not get any after sales help from management. Sales rep was unable to help and then I guess stopped answering my calls when he couldn’t find an answer. Called over a dozen time in a few days and no one would help with a brand new car, 2 weeks old and less than 300 miles when problems happened. Left messages and no return calls. Spoke to two managers that transferred me to voicemails. Drove up while the problem was happening and asked them to look at the issue. Service said they didn’t need to look at it as it was probably a software issue. After having my car for a week, they could not duplicate the issue and released the Pathfinder back to me. Within 20 minutes of driving it home, the issue still continued. I am dealing with Nissan directly now as I do not have faith in Ciocca. When you call, they tell you about their service, don’t believe it. I heard that message every time I called which frustrated me as I couldn’t get any service. Service team is friendly, but the loaner car I was provided was dirty, smelled, and had 3 different peoples personal information left inside. Sales and finance were great to deal with on the day of purchasing. More

Kevin knows what he’s talking about. Knowledgeable, caring, and quality service throughout. You can really tell everyone is there to get you in the car that YOU want. When I pulled my car at Quakertown Ciocca immediately a Nice young man Kevin C came out to greet my mom and I. Kevin was very helpful and respectful. We were offered water during our process. I remember what the old Ford dealership looked like before the Nissan one, so much nicer. The display room is very spacious and very customer friendly.
