My experience with this dealership has been pretty bad. Two days after I bought a brand-new 2026 Chrysler Pacifica, the check-engine light came on. I called the service department, they scheduled a driver to pick up the car, and I waited an hour and a half for someone to show up. I don’t know what kind of “new” cars they sell there, but I wouldn’t trust this place at all. I regret buying from them and putting my trust in them. More

I went in for my first service on my '26 Ram and will not be returning simply because it was very expensive and time consuming. Even with coupon the oil change ran me $150 and took about 3 hours. On the Ram be returning simply because it was very expensive and time consuming. Even with coupon the oil change ran me $150 and took about 3 hours. On the Ram app there is no record of the service, I suppose I need to put it in manually? In the future I will do my own oil change in the comfort of my garage with top of the line amsoil for a fraction of the cost. More
