(Unlike the Honda dealer I visited the day before.) RothRock is a good hour away from my residence but well worth the trip. I will definitely refer people to Jose Baret, and if/when I'm looking to trade in the vehicle I purchased this will be the first place I go. More

I called Rothrock and was greeted by a very friendly Jose Baret who worked incredibly hard to get me the information I was looking for. In order for me to go the used route, I walked into the dealership with perhaps an unreasonable expectation of what I was willing to pay and what I needed for my trade. If they played games or weren't able to work with me, I was simply going to go buy the new vehicle I had driven at another dealership. Jose was awesome, he and Kevin Doddy helped figure out a way to make the transaction work in my budget and were extremely honest and professional in every way - sincerely some really good guys. Brian Amill, the finance manager (another really sharp guy) finished my experience in the best possible way, staying well after closing to help finish up the paperwork and presented me with the keys to my new vehicle. As a former general manager of a large commercial truck dealership, I am very familiar with dealers and their often sleazy reputation. I can tell you that there is a distinct difference at Rothrock and I am proud to recommend them to anyone looking for a no-nonsense partner to help them find the perfect vehicle at a perfect price! These three gentlemen went above and beyond to make our car buying experience an easy and enjoyable one. Found a used car on-line that was everything I was looking for in a car and emailed the dealer for information. Received a phone call from Jill from Rothrock by the day and made an appointment to go looking for in a car and emailed the dealer for information. We were greeted warmly by sales person, Kevin Doddy, and our experience with him only got better from that point on. It indicated that it was a certified pre-owned vehicle which was one of the deciding factors in going to Rothrock Motors. We ended up finding out that they had not even had a chance to certify the vehicle and that it would take some time for them to do that. Also we had a vehicle to trade in that basically would have to be towed in. Both Kevin Doddy and Ed Long did everything they could to give us a fair price for a trade in, get the vehicle certified and get the car prepared for us to take home that day. We LOVE the vehicle and truly had a wonderful experience with Rothrock and Kevin Doddy and Ed Long. We will recommend all of them to all of our friends and family. More
