I had a Fuel Pump replaced (due to a Honda Safety recall) and a NYS Inspection on my 2019 Honda CR-V at Lia Honda on May 16th. I have been doing business with Lia Honda since 2008 and have been extremely sa and a NYS Inspection on my 2019 Honda CR-V at Lia Honda on May 16th. I have been doing business with Lia Honda since 2008 and have been extremely satisfied with both their Sales and Service departments. This visit was no exception. My Service Advisor, Kevin Feldman, was courteous, professional and kept me informed on the service status through completion. It is customer service like Kevin Feldman’s that keep me coming back to Lia Honda for all my Honda sales and service needs. More

We brought our 2019 Passport to Lia to correct a problem that occurred after a recall repair on the fuel pump. I was anticipating an argument from Lia to get the problem corrected. The service techician I that occurred after a recall repair on the fuel pump. I was anticipating an argument from Lia to get the problem corrected. The service techician I dealt with Frank Contorno was very helpful. He had said they would analyze the issue and I may be responsible for the repairs. Frank called me after their inspection and told me that the repair would be completely free of charge and would be done that day. I was called and went to pick up my car all repaired. What I thought was going to be a major headache ended up being an almost pleasant experience. I feel that the way Frank Contorno handled this issue was exemplary and we left Lia Honda feeling like our problem was properly and promptly corrected. More

Have been going to Lia Honda for years. The entire staff is awesome. We purchased our 2017 crv from Lia and got the best deal. I was a foreign car mechanic for 20 years. Speaking as a mechanic i can say the service department knows their stuff. Kevin Feldman was excellent on the phone . He was able to speak to me with knowledge about the service in a way that i would have spoken to my own customers back in the day. He was honest and I knew he was keeping my best interest in mind, not just trying to sell me on a service.Our repair visits to Lia have always been one and done. They call back when you call and our car has always been ready when said. Also no long wait to get service . We have other cars from other brands and often have to wait one or two weeks for an appointment . Lia is where we will go to buy our next Honda More
