This was the 8th time we have bought a car; . My last 2 years in high school I worked at Brookshire’s in Marshall, Tx where we made everyone feel like they special!! Never before had I felt this special at any dealership, So many people spoke & greeted us; offered us water/coffee, And Kuran; ONG ; I can’t say enough about him! He was as outside when we I drove up 30 minutes early; we hit it off right away! He was extremely polite & courteous!! I rate him overall a (10)!!Keep up the great work young man !!! More

This has been an absolute pleasure working with Daniel and the staff. I drove 5 hours to get my 2025 Nissan Rogue with only 4 miles. We did all the paperwork before I got there. I purchased a used vehicle from Clay Cooley Nissan in Jan and I loved everything about the process and the car. I then unfortunately totaled that vehicle amd had to buy a replacement. I went back to Clay Coo and I loved everything about the process and the car. I then unfortunately totaled that vehicle amd had to buy a replacement. I went back to Clay Cooley Nissan and I was treated like returning royalty!! Ernie R. and the GM Pedro made this a great experience when I couldn't find a late model low mileage vehicle, they made us a great offer on a new vehicle. I recognize that buying a new car can be a stressful time, but CC Nissan and Ernie made what should've been a tough time a happy buying experience and I highly recommend them! More

I had been to quite a few dealerships looking for a new car. Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving was the only dealership that actually willing to work with me on making a purchase. Other dealers either didn't bot car. Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving was the only dealership that actually willing to work with me on making a purchase. Other dealers either didn't bother to talk to me or they were not honest with their pricing. Everyone that I worked with during the deal was knowledgeable and transparent. They answered all my questions that I had about the vehicles I was interested in. I was surprised at how willing they were to work with me when it came to getting a good price on a new car. There were no dealership add-ons at all!! The other dealerships I'd been to all had dealership add-ons to increase the price of the vehicle, but not Clay Cooley! The saleswoman I worked with, Keiry, was tremendously helpful and courteous. She was able to let me test drive two of the vehicles that I was interested in getting. Keiry did a spectacular job in accommodating me since I had shown up later in the day and stayed past closing. She went out of her way to ensure that I got the exact car that I was looking for! I'm glad to have had her as a saleswoman and I'd definitely buy from her again! I also had the pleasure of working with Pedro and Kevin when Keiry was busy getting things with the car ready. Kevin made the finance portion a breeze! Pedro was a cool guy to talk to as well as being helpful with working the details on the sale in terms of pricing. All things considered I's have to say I had a good experience buying a car from Clay Cooley Nissan! More

Great dealership with great customer service. But, please fully read your contracts to the clients and point out the key points of the contracts out to the customer. Such as the length of the contract (miles and expiration) which ever comes first. I made the mistake of not asking more about my free oil changes when I purchased my Rogue. And during the selling of the car to both myself and my wife we only heard “3 years of free oil changes.” That was a selling point. However they left out “or 36k miles.” That was a little upsetting and here in Texas you can come across 36k miles quite quickly in a matter of months. I love my Nissan, and I’m pleased with the service maintenance folks. However, please instruct your folks to explain and fully disclose up front the small and big items. I would respect that more than finding out later down the road. I’m too trusting a person and I have to start questioning a salespersons motive and distill what they say. I’ll save me money down the way. More
