Good service It’s unbelievable how Volvo provides basic cleaning of the car exterior post service but never ever is the inside of the car even dusted, never. Bad news delivered with compassion It was the news I didn't want to hear; $1300 in maintenance was now closer $4000 after inspection, on a car I really only drive on the weekends... Kev It was the news I didn't want to hear; $1300 in maintenance was now closer $4000 after inspection, on a car I really only drive on the weekends... Kevin, knew it would not be an easy call and even though I gave him the business, he kept hi composure, answered every question and helped me prioritize the work. As a woman I can't help but feel like the service people are trying to get over on me, but I trust this shop. More
