We encountered a problem when I set up MY Buick password, and he did not give up until he saw that the problem was solved and On Star was working correctly. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from the dealership in the past, and this "feels like coming home." Grover had a super clean one with low miles that was more than I planned to spend and a less preferred color. Randy Cobb was very communicative and checked in with me periodically (it was several weeks from the time I test drove the car until I decided to end my search and go a little over budget to buy it). I bought a used 2013 Subaru with 45K miles. The car had been nicely detailed. I’m very happy with it. More
