Friendly, Sincere, and Helpful Staff The fantastic customer service I received from the Boardman Subaru team started before I even set foot onto the parking lot. I submitted a question vi The fantastic customer service I received from the Boardman Subaru team started before I even set foot onto the parking lot. I submitted a question via the chat app on the website, and within seconds someone was with me collecting information. I then received an email the next day providing me with more information as well as requesting permission to call. Shortly thereafter, a Subaru employee called and was able to set me up for a test drive in my dream Crosstrek later that same day. Once on site, I was introduced to Kevin, who went on the test drive with me while answering all of my questions. Kevin was easygoing, polite, and completely honest with me. After the test drive (by which point I was completely in love with the car), I was explained the terms of the lease in language that was easy even for a non-financially savvy person to understand. I was dreading the thought of finding a new car, but the Boardman Subaru team made my experience easy and fun. And I absolutely LOVE MY 2017 Crosstrek. I'm no longer afraid of weather conditions impacting my ability to get from point A and B (and do it in style, I might add). My mom was so impressed that she's now on the market for a Crosstrek as well! More

Best car buying experience I have ever had We had a Kia Sorento with 184,000 miles on it. As such, the thing was beginning to fall apart and, believe me, getting a Kia repaired at the dealersh We had a Kia Sorento with 184,000 miles on it. As such, the thing was beginning to fall apart and, believe me, getting a Kia repaired at the dealership is not cheap. It was time to trade it. We wanted the next size down SUV and Consumer Reports rated the Forester as number one. So we began our search there. Yes, we did look at Ford and Hyundai, but kept going back to the Forester. We settled on a Forester Touring, and could not be happier with it. Every day, we learn or find a new feature, most of them safety related. But I should be telling you about the dealership. First, there was no pressure at all. Kevin was very helpful, gave us literature on our first visit, and did not pressure us to buy at that time. We had said we were not quite ready, but that normally does not matter at dealerships. They push for the immediate sale. We went back another time to look more seriously and, again, no pressure. Just "Please come see us when you are ready to buy". Because of the internet, we already knew what a good price was. Because of the internet, we already knew what our Kia was worth. And we met in the middle with very little hassle. The last car we bought took five hours to get the salesman to finally quote the fair price. This entire process took about an hour and one half. We went back the next day to pick the car up and it was washed, full of gas, and ready to go. John Jones quickly completed all the paperwork for us and Kevin spent about forty five minutes going over all the features, at a high level of course, and got us on our way. This is one dealership that appears to break ranks with the normal car buying experience. More
