Jeff Youkhana in finance couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable and was just so straightforward and easy to deal with. I really enjoyed my time with him because we talked about so many great things that had nothing to do with buying a new car! Very interesting and intelligent man! Too bad we live so far apart. I searched quite a bit on li e to find a Honda Pilot I wanted. My local dealer had very limited supply and a long wait to get a new one with no real ability to order a specific vehicle. My wife and I drove to Schaumburg Honda, she drove home and after being at Schaumburg Honda less than 2 hours, I drove home with my new Honda Pilot. The whole experience was easy! More
