It was the best experience I have had at a dealership, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. The shuttle service from the dealership and then back to pick up my truck was great. Service department is nice and helpful, work is done well but $1,000.00 more than quoted even when we laughed at the end when going over what was to be done and was told that there should be no surprises 🫣T but $1,000.00 more than quoted even when we laughed at the end when going over what was to be done and was told that there should be no surprises 🫣They took off $500.00 but still $500.00 over what I thought the price should of been… maybe it was a misunderstanding…. But $500-$1000.00 over the quote is a big difference with no phone call for a heads up! More
