Hi, I’m Kevin Maldonado at Woody Buick GMC in Gurnee. I grew up in the suburbs of Illinois with roots in Texas, and I’ve been helping people with their automotive needs since 2019. I’ve worked at Honda, Toyota, and now Buick GMC, which gives me a grounded understanding of how each brand compares and what truly matters when you’re choosing the right vehicle. My approach is straightforward. I’m honest, I don’t pressure anyone, and I focus on making sure you feel informed and confident every step of the way. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I take a lot of pride in helping families in our community feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. When I’m not at the dealership, you’ll usually find me gaming, relaxing with EAFC or Rocket League, or spending time with my family. If you ever have questions or need guidance, I’m here for you. Dealer purchases always put me on edge. It is a lot to process in a short period. All while always thinking "Is this the right decision"? I could not affort a new truck, so had to go the used route. Before I walked in the dealer Kevin already answered every question I asked. Communicated in a prompt manner. Had me feeling good, actually exicited about my purchase. He and everyone at Woody's made us feel like long time friends. Being as clear and transparent as possible. After purchase they continued to check up and ensure I was happy. A couple of unforseen minor mechanical issues popped up after purchase. Without hesitation Kevin helped to schedule a service appt, and get it corrected. Happy, nope. Ecstatic is the closest word I can find. I was treated above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Woody's. And thank you Kevin!!! More

This was the first time my car buying experience was enjoyable. Kevin and the rest of the team at woodys gmc treated us with the upmost respect. There was no gimmick sales tactics. I enjoyed how patient and understanding the whole staff was, but especially Kevin.
