VERY HELPFUL, WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TAKE CARE OF ME I needed an oil change and was going out of town. Did not realize so low and the wrench came on. I stopped to see if any possibility I could get wo I needed an oil change and was going out of town. Did not realize so low and the wrench came on. I stopped to see if any possibility I could get worked in before I had to leave in 2 days. They worked me in that day and was so generous about taking care of my situation. I usually work with Kevin, but this time Jeff helped me and did great. I so appreciate your service and working with your representatives. More

Great Service Advisor, Horrible Technicians Had an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed a hand-sized oily smudge on my hood and drops of oil on my bumper. The engine bay had lots of oily sp Had an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed a hand-sized oily smudge on my hood and drops of oil on my bumper. The engine bay had lots of oily spots and drips too. Had oily spots on my armrest, console, and gearshift lever. Mind you, I washed my car immediately before taking it in for service. This is the worst oil change ever. I've had the same issues here with 2 other Honda cars at this dealership. I will NEVER go back. Still waiting on a call back from the Service Manager. I would give Indy Honda a 0 star if I could. More

Very quick appointment set up time and completion of service. Very friendly and helpful. Even though I have moved to Shelbyville I will continue to bring my car there for service until Ian ready to purc service. Very friendly and helpful. When I walked In the two service attendants did not even acknowledge me. One just stared at me with crossed arms and didn’t even say hi when I did. Just stared. The other didn’t turn around just stayed focu acknowledge me. One just stared at me with crossed arms and didn’t even say hi when I did. Just stared. The other didn’t turn around just stayed focus on his cell. I believe it was Kevin who helped me. He deserves 5 stars. Also- no one was wearing masks or using sanitizer during this crisis. I would not even recommend this place to anyone. More

Kind, polite people with quick and efficient services I showed up for an oil change, I was the first appointment at 7:30 AM, nobody told me how it worked when you're the first one there, so upon arrival I I showed up for an oil change, I was the first appointment at 7:30 AM, nobody told me how it worked when you're the first one there, so upon arrival I didn't know if I should stay in my car, or knock on the door and talk to someone. After sitting for five minutes in my car at 7:28 ( I acknowledge this was prior to them opening at 7:30) I decided to go up and knock. While several people inside made eye contact with me, they all ignored me and no one came to open the door. At 7:30 they opened the garage doors, and several other people who had arrived after me were already in their cars, they drove up, got served first, while I was left to figure out that I was apparently supposed to wait in my car. There was no sign to indicate what I was supposed to do and no one felt compelled to inform me, it should've been mentioned on the call when I scheduled the appointment, or someone in the office could've taken literally 5 seconds of their time to explain to me how it worked. After I was helped by a very nice man, Kevin, who helped the process go much smoother from there. More
