Excellent service! Kevin makes you feel so comfortable from when you first walk in the door. He listens well to my problems and what I need done or checked. When he called me to inform me of some issues about my vehicle, he prioritized them for me in case I wasn't able to address them all at once. He also checked to make sure if warranty covered some of the work, which it did! He explained them well and with the price estimate for each. He does a great job of customer service. My car is running great now! More

Fast and efficient service I needed an oil change badly, but had been afraid to get one because of the pandemic. When I went I was impressed with the safety measures Honda has I needed an oil change badly, but had been afraid to get one because of the pandemic. When I went I was impressed with the safety measures Honda has taken. The waiting room chairs had been spaced 6' apart. The oil change was finished in exactly the amount of time I was told. Thanks. Indy Honda did an excellent job for us. They serviced 2 cars for us on the same day ( 1 without an appointment ) and let us drop off and pick up before they were open and pay by phone which was very conven cars for us on the same day ( 1 without an appointment ) and let us drop off and pick up before they were open and pay by phone which was very convenient for us.
