The service rep charged me for maintenance that I didn't
ask for then when i picked up my vehicle disappeared but suddenly reappeared as I entered my vehicle. His apology over the phone was insincere and I

His apology over the phone was insincere and I expected to have someone say something to me about it. I even offered to pay for most of the service that I didn't ask for. I honestly wish there was a different honda dealership near my house. I love my car but not this dealership.
Another representative was friendly this morning and helpful. Going forward I will ask to work with Jeff if I have to return.
