Service was terrible. I was there for iver a hour for an

The young man with glasses i talked to has no.business dealing with the public. No social skills what so ever. He never kept informed

I needed my Drivers side window works slow and intermittently. I had to go hunt them down to figure out what was going on and they said the tracks needed to be lubricated. This is the second time ive been to this dealership for the same problem. No happy. No customer communication at all

My car went in for the major maintenance checkup. They
said it needed new brakes, seal and the battery was almost gone. Wanted to sell me a new battery. The battery was less than a year old. Took it to th

As soon as I opened the hood the kid saw that the connection was loose. I highly doubt that the Honda techs didn’t notice that since they were replacing other items.
