Overall my service was very good. Was having difficulties with my vehicle and battery. They were able to diagnose the issue. Service was fine, but for a large car dealer like Don Brown to start charging a 3% credit card surcharge is a bit bogus. Not a huge deal on a $100 oil change, but if i'm buying $1,500 in new tires or ge Brown to start charging a 3% credit card surcharge is a bit bogus. When I called to check on car, they could not find a record. Then they told us to come get it and it wasn’t ready. When they finally gave it to us the check engine light was on. record.
