I drove from North Dakota for the truck and talked to Chad the week before I put down $ to hold.. I did have to wait for 15 mins or so before the paper work was ready.. then go thru the paper work.. I have had faster in and outs when buying a truck this way.. it was still a really good experience if I didn’t have to wait it would have been 5 star not 4 More
