On March 30, 2021, from the very first online contact with Jodi, Internet Manager, to viewing the Genesis G90 Ultimate and GS80 with Kevin Penny, Brand Ambassador , to Sam Elters, GM to Kevin Bridgman, F with Jodi, Internet Manager, to viewing the Genesis G90 Ultimate and GS80 with Kevin Penny, Brand Ambassador , to Sam Elters, GM to Kevin Bridgman, Finance Manager, my whole buying experience was fun, stress free and very satisfying. I looked at the cars of choice, made my selection, got pricing, trade-in and financing terms “the Deal” without agita, anger, disappointment or breach of trust and drove home in my beautiful new 2021 G90 large luxury sedan with the 5.0 V8 and AWD, all on the same visit/same day.
