Well I originally booked appointment for tire rotation and check tires also the oil change and issue with the radiator fluid low issues went check or done. I know because I knew I found a nail in left rea and check tires also the oil change and issue with the radiator fluid low issues went check or done. I know because I knew I found a nail in left rear tire before and guess what it's still in it so 1. No rotation and 2. Only filled tire with air.. how am I supposed to trust that the oil got changed and checked if a simple tire check wasn't done More

I scheduled a recall R&R of my 2107 F-150 Master cylinder. I confirmed parts in stock. I dropped my truck off on Sunday afternoon for my Monday appointment. Day of repair Keven never answered my me cylinder. I confirmed parts in stock. I dropped my truck off on Sunday afternoon for my Monday appointment. Day of repair Keven never answered my messages, texts or calls. The part was not in stock I tied up My vehicle and schedule for nothing. I have other service type issues, oil change, brake fluid flush and tune up I was considering having done. I am amazed that this dealership can tolerate this level of customer service.
