I inquired about an Aston Martin from cars. com and a "Kevin Reese" responded - asking what he could do for me (even though I put my questions in the cars.com inquiry form). I emailed him my qu com and a "Kevin Reese" responded - asking what he could do for me (even though I put my questions in the cars.com inquiry form). I emailed him my questions and he said to call him or give him a number to call us. He would not respond to the questions on email (not putting them in writing puts us on guard). Called him at 2:33pm - he said he was with another client and he did not have anyone else there so he would call us back in 10 minutes. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. More

I called in from NYC and was able to get a purchase order and out the door price! When I arrived the car was in front ready to go! I test drove It and was out of the dealership in under 25 minutes. I was looking for a vehicle stateside as I live in the US Virgin Islands. I found my Jeep on eBay and reached out to Kevin, explaining the situation and the intricacies of purchasing, shipping and ensuring Virgin Islands. Kevin was reassuring, told me he would do whatever I needed to make the purchase as smooth as possible. Seeing that he's over 1700 miles away from me and that I couldn't see the vehicle in person, he allowed me to set up an appointment with a local auto repair shop (with great reviews) and he drove it there, left it there and picked it up, so that they could do a pre-inspection for me. Also while I was dealing with car carriers, banks and insurance companies, he stored the vehicle inside and never once pressured me to complete the sale and get the Jeep off the lot. He was extremely helpful, made my purchase extremely painless and I would definitely purchase from him again. It can be stressful trying to find a great vehicle especially sight unseen and Kevin definitely delivered. Great experience. Thanks again and my new Jeep is just Awesome! More
