Used them since we bought our cars from them. I didn’t personally go there this time around, my husband did, but no complaints. Will continue going back, and requesting Kevin. I've gotten two oil changes and they've yet to rotate my tires. I was told to come back on the weekend and get it done, when I showed up they told me it would be an hour wait. First, my truck had a leak for a year, and it took Nissan 4 visits to finally find the issue. They contacted me when the part they ordered had come in. I came in with a truck and was given a loaner that was 4 visits to finally find the issue. They contacted me when the part they ordered had come in. I came in with a truck and was given a loaner that was smaller than my vehicle of which I use for work. I called a week later to get an update and was told another part was needed. I asked if I could get updates but never got a call until the day it actually got done. I had to call weekly to get updates. The whole process took a month. While my truck was in the shop, it was supposed to get an oil change and tire rotation. That didn't happen, and I had to come back a week later to get that done. The lack of communication and poor service was not what I expected from Nissan, considering this is my 4th Nissan car. More
