Unwanted dealer add-ons, markup, and expensive services, but that's every dealership these days. At least the staff are friendly and helpful, but some could be a little more knowledgeable about the actual v but that's every dealership these days. At least the staff are friendly and helpful, but some could be a little more knowledgeable about the actual vehicles and their specs. I'm only using the free service checkups now and will go to a regular mechanic after the two years are up. The dealership is just not competitive price wise, and it took a really long time for a basic check and tire rotation. The free service package isn't that great either, should really have an oil change for free every 5k. Also, offer add-ons consumers actually want, like full spares with a jack, or sun shades that fit. More

When I arrived, there were 3 service people at their dedks (only one with a customer) and 1 other person waiting. No acknowledgement from any of them. The one service person with a customer spent about dedks (only one with a customer) and 1 other person waiting. No acknowledgement from any of them. The one service person with a customer spent about 19 minutes chatting with her about his personal life, as the line got longer. By the time I was finally waited on, there were 5 of us in line. Caleb w checked me in, was professional, friendly, and efficient. The car was ready on time and I was notified. However, the problem with the hybrid system that I was most concerned about was not resolved or explained. Because the technician could not replicate it, nothing more was done. It is a problem that has happened twice now, and causes me to not trust my car. I asked to have the manager call me (this was on Thursday). It is now Saturday, and I have received no call back.
