You can't trust them to tell you if something is under warranty. I was told my key fob was covered and waited almost 3 months for the key. They had no idea what to do. I can in to my pleased Jeep Grand Cherokee off it's lease. It was leased through Chrysler Credit. I said just roll it over through Chrysler.
