Kevin was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. In 2001 Kevin moved to a small town in the NE corner of Colorado and met his wife. Kevin spent most of his career in retail management when he decided to go into sales because of his love for the face to face interactions with customers. Kevin just relocated to Indiana with his wife and two daughters for the school system and increased career opportunities here. Kevin is new to Indiana, not to customer service!! He looks forward to working with the team here at Tom Wood Toyota, and the community it serves.

I purchased a 2022 Sienna at Tom Wood Toyota in February 2022. When I first called their office, Sam answered my call and introduced me to Kevin Vaughn, our sales consultant. Kevin was super attentive and a 2022. When I first called their office, Sam answered my call and introduced me to Kevin Vaughn, our sales consultant. Kevin was super attentive and answered any question we had. At the beginning we were debating between Highlander and Sienna. Kevin got us to test drive a Highlander. At the time they didn't have a Sienna in stock but a few days later he managed to let us see a Sienna that they received. Then we put a down payment to reserve a Sienna. Kevin kept us updated from time to time during the ~1 month waiting period and messaged us the day before its delivery. On the day of the delivery, we first test drove it (yeah, it was crazy that we had not driven it till then). He was very patient as we made our final decision. As we finished the initial paper work before moving to the finance officer, I had to make a phone call. It was very gracious for them to offer an office for me to use for an hour. I brought in my SUV for a trade-in. They gave me a lowball price (I think) so I didn't take it. At the finance officer's office, the finance officer first put a BS fee on the invoice that we argued for a while and eventually he agreed to take it off. At the end the finance officer apparently became impatient (at least) and didn't bother to leave his eyes off the computer when we left. As we are leaving with our new Sienna, Kevin explained a lot of functionalities that was new to us. He always gives you the right size of information and does not bore you with the information you already know. He does not oversell you something you don't need. Although the experience with finance officer wasn't great, our experience with Tom Wood Toyota was positive overall. Would definitely recommend Kevin. More

The Tom Wood team and our salesperson Kevin Vaughn where fantasic to deal with. They were not pushy or difficult. Kevin Vaughn and the Tom Wood team were great to work with. They greeted me as I arrived, went through the car thoroughly, listened to what I was looking for, and sold me a car without being pushy. Kevin was really straightforward and honest and the friendliest salesman I have ever worked with. Jeff in finance was great as well. He has a job to do and he does it without being pushy or shady like a lot of finance guys. The sales manager, Josh Tharp, was also friendly and took the time to talk to me and make sure everything was taken care of and I was all set. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and would buy here again. This was truly a great car buying experience. More

The truck I wanted to test drive was ready for me when I arrived for my 10am appt. My sales rep and the Finance Dept made things easy and I was on my way. At age 65 this was one of my best car buying expe arrived for my 10am appt. My sales rep and the Finance Dept made things easy and I was on my way.
