Diana was fantastic! !! Really enjoyed working with her. The finance guys are a joke. I specifically said no and declined the extra warranty they offered. After I got home !! After I got home and felt like the numbers just weren’t adding up, I saw that he had charged me for it and never even mentioned it. If I took a car for a test drive and didn’t return it, they’d definitely press charges against me. But it seems they exempted themselves from being responsible and honest with the customers. It’s fraud, theft, highly skeptical and makes me question how many other people have had to deal with this. If you go here… READ YOUR CONTRACT and dig into it, they’re sneaky and dishonest. More
