Ryker helped me choose the right car for me along with giving me a smooth and easy going transaction. Not pushy at all, just helping me through the steps of purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Ryker!

"Great service all around -five stars!"
- R2010k2012It all started when I was looking at a vehicle from their lot online....after I clicked “request more info” on a vehicle from their lot. Brandon in sales literally called me ONE minute after I clicked submit online. First, that never happens these days— usually you wait to hear back. I spoke to him about the vehicle and he gave me lots of information to go off of. I went down to look at it and was unsure but loved the make and model. Long story short, Brandon and Kevin found me my perfect car and made everything worth the wait and headache for it. Jason was a fantastic help in the finance area making sure numbers and values of my trade in and interest were fitting. Also, Jason made sure to fit in my warranty plan I HAD to have. This team at the Royal Moore Used Cars lot was by far the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle EVER. They were all SUPER nice, chill, and realistic...no xxxxxxxx! Brandon in sales, Kevin in management, and Jason in finance were all AMAZING! They all seemed to work together to get me into my car at a great price and good trade in value for my other. They went out of their way to continue the great customer care anytime I called or had an issue with the paperwork process. Five stars all around. Thank you (all three) for a great buying experience!

"Royally deceptive practices and Moore!"
- disappointedcustomerI was charged nearly $400 for vehicle etching. After researching vehicle etching, this is considered a common dealer mark-up scheme. Apparently dealers will tell you it's performed on every car when it arrives on the lot; that it's required by law; and that it is non-negotiable. I was told all of these claims and they all happen to be false. I contacted them every day for a week about getting a refund for these fees, but nothing came of it. Only after sending them a link to the Oregon State Secretary's website concerning misleading price representations (Chapter 137, Division 20) did I get a response. They were wondering why my concern and stated my refund was processed the previous day. Note: They never told me this until after I mentioned I'd report this matter to the Oregon State Secretary. Also, their "VIN etching" is placing stickers that you can easily remove with your thumb. What's more, my car already had VIN etching done by the previous owner. UPDATE: I had to come into the dealer to sign paperwork to cancel the VIN etching. I was promised in writing to have the etching fee and dealer processing fees refunded. It took three trips to the dealer until I could sign the paperwork and they refused to refund the processing fees. I was told they couldn't refund dealer processing fees due to specific laws. I wanted that added to the contract, but they bluntly told me they would not add it. I was told by their manager that my processing fees wouldn't be refunded since I left them negative reviews online. He told me this shaking with rage. I consider this retaliation. I would encourage buyers to ask for explanations for any fees and if they're negotiable -- in writing -- before buying a car here. Buyer beware; forewarned is forearmed.

- tschluterBrandon English at Royal Moore Certified Pre-Owned was super easy to work with! He listened to my wants and needs and matched me up with a few cars that matched my requests. He was kind and courteous during the whole process. Once I decided on the Mini Cooper, he prepared all of the paper work swiftly and efficiently. All of my other car buying experiences have taken hours. I was in a new car within an hour! The greatly competitive prices at Royal Moore Certified Pre Owned is hard to say no to! My recommendation, if the price beats Royal Moore, the quality most likely doesn't even compare. Thank you again Brandon English for every thing you have done for me!
