Unfortunately, the experience took a downturn when interacting with the new car manager. He seemed disinterested in working with us at all. Every time we proposed a question or a request, his only response was a firm "no." It was frustrating that he didn't even take the time to come out and meet us, which would have shown a willingness to engage and negotiate. More

The first Tiguan we bought was so fast and thorough, I was completely taken aback. We weren’t planning on buying a car from New Motors and we only stopped to see what the had in the lot because the salesman at Super Joes Kia was such a jerk and we could tell he just didn’t want to deal with us because we didn’t have our best clothes on. This new car is a 2025 Taos and Kevin showed us all the cool instruments in the car and how to use them. Like I said he is the best and the next time I’m ready to buy, it will be from Kevin. PS my daughter bought a car from him also! More
