Unfortunately, the experience took a downturn when interacting with the new car manager. He seemed disinterested in working with us at all. Every time we proposed a question or a request, his only response was a firm "no." It was frustrating that he didn't even take the time to come out and meet us, which would have shown a willingness to engage and negotiate. More
