Employees at service never heard of a funnel for adding oil after oil change. Engine shroud oil drip marks all over it , also front plastic over radiator area full of oil running marks never heard of towel oil after oil change. Engine shroud oil drip marks all over it , also front plastic over radiator area full of oil running marks never heard of towels to place items on. All this was clean when I bought the car and only have oil changed there. More
