We were greeted warmly upon our arrival at the Bountiful Toyota dealership. More importantly, Mr. Keyston Gibson was the perfect representative for Toyota’s image of caring for our family’s safety, by offering no hassle options, backed by historical trends of reliability data on their Toyota vehicles. I can honestly say two things about this sales representative, a true professional and the epitome of customer relations. Of course, I did not have the interaction with the rest of the team, but please do try and look for Mr. Keyston Gibson…please give him 5 minutes of your time and you’ll see, that you’d want to work with him on your vehicle purchase. I’m sure we’ve all met our fair share of ghetto sales representative with their intimidation tactics such as “I’m assuming you have good credit,” and for us who are at the 798 credit score…its completely unnecessary; ultimately, it utterly smells like they really don’t want to work with you and just wants your money by pressuring you to accept their deal…period. I first went to Mark Miller Toyota, it was rather disappointing and let me tell you why. I used the same Edmunds trade in calculator that they use on their website link which showed me my trade in value ranges. I was amazed to sit down with this dealership and get a totally off number for my trade in, because they don’t select all the features you have on your vehicle. • Not fair on trade in even when you use their own website Edmunds feature. • TC sales representative needs more training in considerations of others and customer relations…more importantly, how to represent the Toyota image in a professional manner. I’m glad we went to Toyota Bountiful and met with Mr. Keyston Gibson, referred by Mr. Weston, whom was phenomenal in trying to work with us in every bit of detail, ultimately making us feel good about our new 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE vehicle purchase. Furthermore, if you’ve served and have just recently come out from deployment, Mr. Weston is one that truly appreciates our service. Awesome Dealership! We learned abut Toyota Bountiful from an ad heard on KSL radio for a two-for-one opportunity and after checking out their web site i received a follow We learned abut Toyota Bountiful from an ad heard on KSL radio for a two-for-one opportunity and after checking out their web site i received a follow-up call from Keyston Gibson. We decided to travel from South Jordan to the dealership in Bountiful to learn more details about the ad. On the way I lost a contact lens in my car and was unable to find it. We met with Keyston and he explained how the deal worked and asked what we were interested in. He made every effort to put a deal together that would meet our needs and budget. We came to the dealership late in the evening and because we were unsure about whether or not we wanted to make a purchase we were there long past closing time. I was impressed that the entire team was willing to stay after closing to see that our needs were met. Keyston and Rob Messer put together several offers for our consideration. To make a long story short, we were there until after 2:00 AM before we finished the deal. The team was out detailing our car after midnight as we finalized the deal with Weston Bird. These guys definitely went the extra mile to help us. They never gave any indication they were in a hurry to get home although I'm sure they were. This was extraordinary, extra-mile service. Weston was very patient with us and worked hard to work up different scenarios as we tried to make the deal fit our budget. And to top it all off, Keyston took the time to look in our trade in and found my contact lens the next day and Weston continued to help us with lease arrangements even two days later when we requested changes.. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer and I have to say I was very impressed and satisfied with everyone. We really felt everyone was genuinely interested to meet our needs and make sure we were satisfied in every way.and they did. I will not hesitate to come back to this dealership in the future. These guys are AWESOME to work with!! And we love our new Camry and Siena! More

I went from the worst car buying experience I've had (at another dealership) to the best car buying experience I've ever had at Toyota Bountiful. I worked with Keyston (as my salesperson) and Weston (as my finance manager). It was a pleasant and low stress experience from beginning to end - and a great deal on a great car. It was a straightforward and honest transaction. Our deal was exactly what they said it would be with no hassle, arm twisting, or hidden fees. What a great dealership! I've probably purchsed 20 vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. We are very happy with Toyota Bountiful and the service we received when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle. We recently moved here from American Samoa and were experiencing a hard time accomplishing o we received when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle. We recently moved here from American Samoa and were experiencing a hard time accomplishing our family day to day activities without a vehicle. I worked for ASCO Motors in American Samoa and they only sold Toyota vehicles and so I had developed a loyalty to Toyota. I initially called the dealership first just to get a feel of how I would be treated and was very impressed with Keyston and how he wasnt pushy or just seeing dollar signs. I told my husband lets just go in and talk to him, he was very professional on the phone and didnt seem to try to rush me into making a sale. We got there at about seven in the evening and didnt leave until about almost one in the morning, and that wasnt a bad thing. We were not upset that it took so long, we were very impressed that they were willing to take the time to allow us to make a decision. Scott, was very proactive with us, when we got into his office he noticed we were not buying a Toyota we were buying a Chrysler and asked why? When we expressed our concerns, he was very helpful in helping us see that our dream of owning a Toyota vehicle can come true that day. When I got into our vehicle for the first time, I just had to sit in there for a few minutes to take in what had just happened. My husband and I kept stealing looks of excitement with each other and couldnt stop smiling. We are very thankful and proud to say that our first vehicle is a "Toyota". I contacted Bountiful Toyota via the Internet requesting a price quote on a 2014 Yaris SE that was advertised on their website. With in 20 minutes I received a call from Keyston Gibson. We discussed what h a price quote on a 2014 Yaris SE that was advertised on their website. With in 20 minutes I received a call from Keyston Gibson. We discussed what he could offer as well as what I was looking for. I had a fixed monthly budget and because I already own a 2007 Toyota Yaris and knew how dependable Toyota's are that if he could make it work within my monthly budget I would purchase the vehicle. I wanted to be at 60 months if possible but would consider 72 months if it would fit my monthly Budget. Keyston said he would get to work on it right away. Within 1hour he called me back and said they could make it work. I set up an appointment to meet with him at 6 pm. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by an employee and I told him I was looking for Keyston he took me right in and located Keyston. Because we had worked out most everything by a few calls and a few emails there was nothing left to do but test drive the vehicle which went very well and then make the purchase. At this point Keyston passed me off to Scot Roper to discuss financining options and make the purchase. Scot was very helpful giving me all kinds of options to finance. We picked one that I felt was the right one for me it not only met my monthly budget but was less. Everything to do with this transaction was smooth easy and the dealership team is what made it a success. I would refer this dealership as well as both Keyston and Scot to anyone I knew that are looking for a new car. Thanks to them for making this one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made More
