I purchased a used 22 honda pilot last year and have nothing good to say about my experience. After reviewing the purchase paperwork I feel like I definitely could've gotten a better deal elsewhere. When taking my pilot infor the first complimentary oil change from being honda certified, I asked about a rattling noise sounding like the lift gate wasn't shut tight the service team member told me I'd have to pay a fee to have it checked out even though I bought the extended warranty. Now after owning my pilot for less than a year the brakes feel like they need new pads and rotors from the vibration I can feel when stopping even though it was honda certified and has less than 2000 miles since I bought it. I decided to cancel the extended warranty I purchased on it but have yet to receive my refund. I wish I'd never heard of honda marysville, the salslesman was friendly enough but everything after my purchase has been terrible in my opinion. More
