I came in knowing what I wanted and needed, and we got everything started right away. Unlike most dealers, you can tell that they don’t want to intentionally slow things down and drag them out and/or try everything started right away. Came in to see a car I found on the internet, was able to test drive within 10 minutes. Came back the next day and Kay was willing to make time for a trade in evaluation as well as paper work being ready to test drive within 10 minutes.
