We did complete everything that was requested, including a multipoint inspection, oil change, rotate and balance, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and a recall, which can take some time to ensure it is all done correctly and safely. That said, we should have done a better job setting clear expectations around both timing and pricing upfront so there were no questions along the way. We are always happy to walk back through anything with you, including the tire rotation, to make sure you feel confident in the work performed.
