Kim was wonderful to work with as well as the rest of the staff I encountered during my purchase. I felt supported enough to have all my questions answered without feeling like anyone was being pushy or over staff I encountered during my purchase. Kim was helpful and the best part of my experience with Hyundai. I wish that Hyundai provided more options. Why can't all the windows be one touch? Why can't I get a mirror with garage door buttons on my m Hyundai. I wish that Hyundai provided more options. Why can't all the windows be one touch? Why can't I get a mirror with garage door buttons on my model? Some of the software should be customizable. All of these things are cheap and easy to do, and would much improve the user experience. Sales Department is amazing! Service Department on the other hand had my trade in vehicle for an engine recall and was not a great experience. Couldn’t help me with a loaner and Service Department on the other hand had my trade in vehicle for an engine recall and was not a great experience. Couldn’t help me with a loaner and couldn’t give me a timeframe of when my vehicle was going to be looked at. Never called to give me an update. I had to call and I felt they were annoyed with me requesting an update. Poor communication overall on their end. More
