One Star for the Service Dept. The Sales Dept at this dealership is one thing but the Service Dept is entirely another. I haven't had a single good experience with the Service Dept. The Sales Dept at this dealership is one thing but the Service Dept is entirely another. I haven't had a single good experience with the Service Dept. since I leased my vehicle back in 2016. The last one in February, 2019 was by far the worst. Waiting a month to write this review hasn't changed my opinion. I'm looking forward to returning my leased vehicle to them later this year and I won't be back. More

The two Finance managers are great to work with, they explain to you what your options are and they don't try to force you into something that you don't want or don't think you can afford. I've had my truck serviced here for years and I can honestly state that the service Department is excellent. More

Employees Kim (so friendly with her welcoming smile) and Tim (knowledgeable determining the motor mounts were causing the issue with the engine and easy explaining the complicated repair plus calming our nerves from being out of town).
