Great Service Looking through Netflix the other night I stumbled onto a show called “Chef”. One particular episode was about the Food Critic/Writer Johnathan Gold. Looking through Netflix the other night I stumbled onto a show called “Chef”. One particular episode was about the Food Critic/Writer Johnathan Gold. During the episode to honor this famous food critic there were comments on his method of reviewing restaurants. He just showed up, ordered the food and ate it. If he liked it he’d write a review on it. If he wrote a good review, people would flock to the location based on his review. IF he did not like the food, he simply got up, left and didn’t say or write anything about the restaurant or the food. His reason for this was because he worked in the food industry, he knew how hard and difficult it was to run and cook in a restaurant. He didn’t want his negative review to stop anyone from going to any restaurant based on his one time visit. SAME GOES WITH MY RECENT SERVICE VISIT EXCELLENT AND MORE EXCELLENT. More

They got to work instantly on my vehicle and made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. During my wait I attempted to get a snack from the vending machine and my card would not swipe. Without any questions asked Al Hunter walked over and swiped his phone to pay for my candy. I have never seen anyone go above and beyond customer service the way these 2 people have done. Al even went as far as to try to get me into a new Acadia and he would have succeeded but i am in the middle of a move and did not want to over extend myself. When it is time to trade my car in I will definitely come back here to do so! Thank you guys! More

One Star for the Service Dept. The Sales Dept at this dealership is one thing but the Service Dept is entirely another. I haven't had a single good experience with the Service Dept. The last one in February, 2019 was by far the worst. Waiting a month to write this review hasn't changed my opinion. I'm looking forward to returning my leased vehicle to them later this year and I won't be back. More
