There was not alot of communication with the internet sales person, I would send .messages and slow to no response on alot of them, maybe inexperience played in, either way more training needed. I've been attempting to purchase forest couple days only to find oit the vehicle had been sold when I had to call the finance dept. to check on my application, I should had been told what was going on or the vehicle was sold, it was not my job to do that, maybe a decent dealership, but the person I worked with was substantial, good luck if you work with Kim More

Bad communication So on feb 25th I spoke with kim Thomas via email about a truck they have for sale. They had just got the truck in and had a few things to take care of So on feb 25th I spoke with kim Thomas via email about a truck they have for sale. They had just got the truck in and had a few things to take care of. So we made a appointment for feb 28th at 430pm. I drove 45 min to look at the truck but when I got there the salesman(Morton Brach) looked the truck up and said I dont know why kim told you to come it's not ready to show. He brought the truck out anyway and I glanced over it and understood it needed to be detailed and all. He said it wont be ready to next week. So I said can we take it for a ride to see how it goes to see any major issues and all so I wont wait around another week to find that out. He said we cant because of a windshield issue and insurance wont allow that. I emailed kim 2 times and no reply! ( that was the way we spoke all week) my recommendation would be to not deal with kim if she dont even know of the trucks are ready to show or not.. More

Finally honest people and a great deal We have been driving all over NJ, PA, and NY trying to find a used vehicle for our teen driver. He had a VERY tight budget and John was the only one t We have been driving all over NJ, PA, and NY trying to find a used vehicle for our teen driver. He had a VERY tight budget and John was the only one to honor his budget and not upsell us to a more expensive used car. We agreed on a great price with John and Nick was great to work with filling out and signing all of the paperwork. Lastly, Kim was amazing, too. She kept us updated as we traveled 1 1/2 hours to the dealership about the status of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and even went out to the car to make sure it didn't have a smoke smell. I can't recommend them enough! More

Great Experience I worked with Bryan and Shane to buy my Ram 1500. I had been to other dealerships prior to visiting them there at Freehold as well as after but to te I worked with Bryan and Shane to buy my Ram 1500. I had been to other dealerships prior to visiting them there at Freehold as well as after but to tell the truth, i knew right away i was coming back to them to buy my next truck. Not only were they brutally honest with me and my situation but told me the best way to get past it. They actually sent me home and told me to make a few more payments on my truck before turning it in. I like that! you buy from people, not companies and that's what i did here.
