Kimberly was nothing short of incredible with the lease of my Nissan Rogue. I was in a bind due to an accident and had A LOT of needs, requests, questions, and odd circumstances. I would’ve been frustrated of my Nissan Rogue. I was in a bind due to an accident and had A LOT of needs, requests, questions, and odd circumstances. I would’ve been frustrated with my own situation had the shoe been on the other foot but Kimberly was patient, kind, diligent and always willing to go the extra mile to help me get the best deal and meet all the requirements she could. Even though it was a tough puzzle to solve, she figured it out and QUICKLY! She even drove 4 hours to deliver the vehicle to me personally. I will continue to do business with D&M and specifically with Kimberly for a long time to come!! More
