I was assigned Kimberly out of the Fort Worth location. She explained how D&M did business and asked me what I wanted in a vehicle. Not what payment I wanted or terms. We spoke wants/needs. Once we established that she provided options and allowed me to decide what I was willing to do. No back and forth going to someone else to “negotiate “ a better price. 24 hours after my first call I am happy with the deal I made. Her honesty in that what she wants is to keep me as a customer is what sold me. Not to make as much as she can now. She was amazing and did me right. More

Working with Kimberly Harris made this a wonderful experience. She was patient as we worked through the process and worked around the clock to answer any questions. She beat any dealership offers I was able to find on my own. I was not sure about continuing to use d&m after my last experience because it felt like I was left on my own after my lease started...Kimberly totally changed that. She has made me a customer with d&m for as long as she is there. She is a great asset to this company, and I would recommend her to anyone I know. I can't giver her high enough praise and I look forward to contuing to work with her in the future. More
