Greetings All!!! My name is Kinzor Hoover, a Finance Manager at the NEW Cowboy Dealership in Cheyenne, WY!! I am originally from Oklahoma(Boomer Sooner), but graduated High School from CHS here in Cheyenne, played a few different sports throughout my HS career, such as Post 6 baseball, tennis & golf; Going on to play College baseball in Kansas and ultimately landing back here in this wonderful city that I love! Some hobbies of mine are, Family first and foremost always, sports, outdoors, anything(but put me on a lake anywhere and I’m pretty content lol)!! I’ve loved my stint here at Cowboy, and it seems like every day I’m learning something new. I’m a firm believer in always moving forward in all facets of life, and The NEW Cowboy has definitely played a huge factor there for me. I enjoy all the friendly faces that I see around the dealership and pride myself on doing the very best by my customers. I feel that my Customer Satisfaction is what defines me as a sales representative!!

I walked in and told Kenzor what I was looking for. He was quick and did not press anything on me. I found the truck, obtained the financing through my bank, and called to let them know I was coming down was quick and did not press anything on me. I found the truck, obtained the financing through my bank, and called to let them know I was coming down again. Kenzor had to paperwork mostly completed minus my signatures prior to me showing up. After all was said and done, the process was fast and painless. Price was completely fair but still too expensive for my personal tastes. Cars are too expensive these days but a necessity. More

Very dissapointed. Had an oil change and service done. Had to bring the truck back as it was leaking oil very bad. Evidently the mechanic didn't take the old oil filter gasket off and installed the new Had to bring the truck back as it was leaking oil very bad. Evidently the mechanic didn't take the old oil filter gasket off and installed the new filter along with the new gasket. Not good. My engine was completely covered with oil and my barn floor now has a huge oil stain on it. My wife and I worked for two straight hours to try and get the floor clean but to no avail. Have to live with it now. Drove to Cody Wyoming last week with the camper and the yellow check engine light came on. Never did it before. All the gages read fine. Truck ran fine. Checked all the plugs under the hood and one snaped in a little bit near where the oil filter is. The yellow check engine light went off and never came on while in Cody and never came on the entire trip back. Started the truck up one morning while in Cody and the "Preform Service" alert came on. Evidently the mechanic never reset it. Had to google the steps to reset it myself. This is the second time Cowboy Dodge never reset it. Really considering on changing where I have my truck serviced. Should not be a hassle. Kirk More

Kinzor was phenomenal to deal with. He helped us every step of the way and never once did we feel uncomfortable with the process.
