On 8-12-24 I made my second service visit to Lia Honda. On both occasions my service advisor was Kira Bueti. On both occasions I was met promptly and pleasantly. Ms. Bueti went over my service request maki On both occasions my service advisor was Kira Bueti. On both occasions I was met promptly and pleasantly. Ms. Bueti went over my service request making certain suggestions and explaining each service that was to be performed and the associated cost. Additionally, each time I was given an estimate of how long the service would take, both were correct, except on the most recent visit the service was completed 15 minutes prior to the estimate. Ms. Bueti escorted me to the cashier's desk and again explained the services performed and the cost. More

Speaking as a mechanic i can say the service department knows their stuff. Kevin Feldman was excellent on the phone . He was able to speak to me with knowledge about the service in a way that i would have spoken to my own customers back in the day. He was honest and I knew he was keeping my best interest in mind, not just trying to sell me on a service.Our repair visits to Lia have always been one and done. They call back when you call and our car has always been ready when said. Also no long wait to get service . We have other cars from other brands and often have to wait one or two weeks for an appointment . Lia is where we will go to buy our next Honda More
