After my 2021 CRV with less than 10000 miles died as I was getting off highway Sunday afternoon. AAA towed the car to Lia. I spoke to Kira Bueti early that Monday to let her know reason car was there. She called me back by end of day as promised and was apologetic that there was no real reason for what happened. Two days later, I called back and spoke to Kira since my car was not working as it did before. Kira got me a service appointment and was personally involved with the service visit. After the technician informed Kira Bueti that there was nothing wrong, she actually took my car for a test drive to confirm that my car was working as expected. Her attention to detail and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ is the type of service everyone should receive. More
